Shores of Panama

The Shores of Panama is a waterfront condominium located in Panama City Beach, FL along the Gulf of Mexico. The construction of this development was finished in 2007 with 709 condominium units on 23 floors. Each floor offers 31 units with a good selection of floor plans from studios up to three bedrooms.

This condominium is predominantly known for its lagoon pool area. In addition, the covered entrance welcomes its residents and their guests in a grand fashion.

Floor Plans

The Shores of Panama development offers a variety of floor plans including studio, one, two and three bedroom units. All of the units feature large balconies, sliding glass doors and up to 9 ft. ceilings.

The amenities at the Shores of Panama are pretty impressive and help create a resort-like feel to this development. There is a 14,000 square foot gulf-front lagoon pool with fountains and plenty of lounge seating. The pool has several different sections as well as a large zero-entry area for easy entrance into the pool. Often, children will play in this area since it starts at no depth and gradually gets deeper. For the adults, there are two Tiki bars in the pool area.

The development also has an indoor heated swimming pool, a full-service spa, fitness center and an onsite market. The large lobby provides an onsite check-in desk and is next to the open air receiving area with fountains and a sitting area. Keeping with the Mediterranean-inspired decor, there are pineapple willies near the lobby.
